Encore une espace que le charbon v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (charbon actif ici) investit, la boulangerie.<\/p>\n<p>Un reportage que FR3 Normandie a diffus\u00e9. Une boulangerie \u00e0 Vernon dans l&rsquo;Eure produit des baguettes noires car m\u00e9lang\u00e9es avec du charbon v\u00e9g\u00e9tal actif. Vendues comme detox, je me demande si l\u2019absorption des vitamines par le pain\/charbon n&rsquo;a pas un contre effet n\u00e9gatif??&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A voir et pour ceux qui font du pain \u00e0 la maison, ne carbonisez pas la farine mais m\u00e9langez avec du charbon actif, \u00e0 1%.<\/p>\n<p>Le charbon actif est un produit qui est un peu cher car sa fabrication demande d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer les poussi\u00e8res charbonn\u00e9es. Cuisson haute temp\u00e9rature ou sous pression. 1 cm3 de charbon actif a la m\u00eame surface qu&rsquo;un terrain de foot, avec tous ses tuyaux (veines du bois) d\u00e9roul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En ces temps d&rsquo;halloween, mangez du pain noir avec du riz noir et du boudin.
